Rentals For Chester House Events
For events hosted at Chester House pricing includes standard room set up which includes tables, mahogany chairs, white linens, white china, flatware and glassware. Other options are available such as colored linens and will be priced upon request.

Rentals For Off-Site Events
As a full service caterer we will take care of all of your rental needs from tents, tables, chairs, linens, china and glassware to dance floors, staging, lighting and anything else your event may require. We work closely with several rental companies in our area to ensure your needs are met. As every event is unique we must discuss your plans in order to create a proposal for your function.

Staffing For Chester House Events
For events hosted at Chester House pricing includes service, bar and kitchen staff.

Staffing For Off-Site Events
Staffing requirements vary depending on type of menu, service, theme and style of event as well as venue and time requirements. Our professional servers and bartenders will set up, serve and breakdown your event so you only need to show up and enjoy. Staff dress in black pants and shoes, long sleeved white button down oxford shirts with long ties and white bistro aprons. Please let us know if you would like the staff to dress differently to fit the theme of your event. In addition, all staff are T.I.P.S. trained and certified. Staff must be charged out at a minimum of 4 hours. Once we discuss your event in more detail pricing will be provided.

Event Supervisors
-For detailed events such as weddings or other functions that require extra attention

Service Staff
-1 server recommended for every 20 guests for most menus with china service
-More or less service staff may be needed depending on type of menu selected, rental requirements and/or layout of facility

Bartenders
-1 bartender recommended for every 75-100 guests depending on type of bar service selected

Event Chef
-For detailed events such as weddings or other functions that require extra attention

Cooks / Dishwashers
-Needs will be discussed depending on menu

Drive Time
-Drive time for long distance travel will be billed per employee

Beverage Options For Chester House Events
Chester House has a full liquor license and can offer you a number of bar options for your event. Options include cash bar, consumption bar, set tab limit and open bar. Please ask your sales person for more details.

Beverage Options For Off site Events
Chester House Catering is licensed and insured in RI and CT to serve liquor at your event. Cash bars are not allowed at most public venues.
